Lutco’s heavy duty air cargo ball transfers are designed to be long-lasting and wear-resistant to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime due to maintenance.

ball transfers air cargoLutco ball transfers allow for easy, manual movement of ULDs, pallets and other heavy cargo. The ball transfers are designed to fit industry standard holes of 1 ¾”. They are made from machined steel and feature a steel cup with a polished, stamped, and coined inner race. The inner race is designed to provide smoother running quality in all directions using an optimized internal geometry that enhances load carrying capability.

High-quality stainless steel balls provide complete corrosion resistance. The outer machined cup is made of carbon steel and can be plated with zinc dichromate or other plating options, such as zinc-nickel. Other elements of the ball transfers can be customized on request to meet customer requirements. They boast an 850 lb load capacity and feature multiple weep holes for enhanced drainage.
