Component Assembly

Lutco utilizes seven cellular manufacturing assembly areas designed for uninterrupted and efficient workflow. Our assembly department consists of very flexible quick changeover workstations producing a variety of bearings to very specialized dedicated equipment for bearing related and mechanical assemblies.

Assembly processes may include welding, fastener and grease fitting insertion, staking, semi and fully automated mechanical assembly. We check quality throughout the assembly process and keep our shopfloor running efficiently during high volume runs.
